These terms and conditions create an agreement between you (the guest) and Moriti Inn Guest House. By making a booking or using our services, you accept these terms under the laws of Botswana.
1. Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Moriti Inn Guest House. You must provide accurate guest details when making a reservation.
2. Payments All payments are processed in Botswana Pula (BWP) and include 12% VAT. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
3. Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-In: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
• Check-Out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and could result in additional fees.
4. Guest Responsibility & Liability:
• Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the guest house property or its contents during your stay.
• Liability: Moriti Inn Guest House is not liable for any loss, theft, or injury sustained by guests due to events outside of our reasonable control (e.g., acts of nature, power outages, etc.).
5. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
